Mohasin Khan
Founder, CEO & Postmaster
When I founded MKP London LTD in 2014, my vision was simple — to build a trusted, community-focused postal and retail network that people could rely on. What started as a single ambition has grown into a respected group of branches across London and Essex, built on hard work, long opening hours, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to serving diverse local communities. With a background in retail management, I've always believed that success comes from understanding people and delivering service with consistency, care, and integrity. At MKP, we aim to offer more than convenience — we strive to create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and supported. Although the business has grown, I remain closely involved in day-to-day operations, regularly visiting every branch to support our teams and ensure we continue to deliver the high standards our customers know us for. MKP has always been built on family values, trust, and dedication — principles that continue to guide us as we grow.

Mohammed Abdalla
Senior Counter Assistant
For nearly ten years, I have had the privilege of serving as a constant for this community. What began in 2016 as a new career path — with previous experience in admin and customer service unrelated to the Post Office — has evolved into a lifelong mission. Even when the world slowed down during COVID-19, our doors remained open, a feat made possible by the deep professional and personal bonds I share with my colleagues. Having grown from a rookie into a mentor with the guidance of my original mentor MKP, I take immense pride in supporting and guiding staff, ensuring that the well-being of my fellow colleagues and every local business and neighbour we serve is met with the respect and expertise they all deserve. What I enjoy at work is meeting all the diverse customers who come in and having pleasant conversations with them. Helping customers send parcels all over the world is very interesting too, as I get to learn about different cities and cultures as I work. My interests and hobbies include travelling when I can and experiencing different foods from all cultures.

I take great pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy building positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Vikyath Kamalesh
Counter Assistant
With a keen interest in customer service and exemplary experience in the industry, being a part of MKP has only added to the long list of growing skills and opportunities. While being a part of team MKP and GSPO it's taught me to manage work load, handle disputes and come out on top while making sure the company grows with me. Having been an introvert and being in a frontline workplace it has helped me to be more confident and also be able to improve my communication skills. It brings me great joy not only to highlight the extraordinary team at MKP working tirelessly and efficiently day and night but also for being a part of this journey.

Mohit Bhati
Counter Assistant
I have been working at MKP London for the past 7 months and hold an MSc in Banking and Finance, which complements my role within the financial and postal services sector. I was trained directly by the postmaster and owner, Mohasin (“Mo”), which has given me strong practical insight into branch operations and customer service standards. I have gained experience working across multiple branches, including Precinct, Green Street, Queens Crescent, and Leytonstone, allowing me to develop a well-rounded understanding of operations and customer expectations. I take pride in delivering efficient, reliable service and building strong relationships with customers. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym and maintaining a disciplined lifestyle.
What customers say
Visited the post office today (20th January) and had a really pleasant experience, thanks to the postmaster who was on duty today. He was a young gentleman with slightly long, curly hair, very friendly and approachable. Despite the post office being busy, he handled every customer with remarkable patience, calmness, and genuine respect. He took the time to listen carefully, explained the process clearly, and ensured that each transaction was completed smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. It's not often that you come across someone who remains so composed and courteous throughout the day, especially in a role that requires dealing with multiple customers continuously. His hard work, dedication, and customer-focused approach deserve special appreciation. Overall, today's experience was excellent, and it reflects how much of a difference a hardworking and respectful staff member can make. Highly commendable service today—well done and thank you!
