Passport Renewal
- 1Completed LS01 renewal form (or DS5500 for a child) — we have blank forms in branch
- 2Your current or most recent passport
- 32 identical passport photos — plain white background, recent (we offer a photo service in branch)
- 4Payment by card or cash (HMRC fee — we'll confirm the current amount)
- 5For under-16s: countersignatory details — someone who has known the child for 2+ years
