We Accept DPD and Evri Parcels

All of our branches are official drop-off points for both DPD and Evri (formerly Hermes). If you've booked a collection or arranged a return through either of these carriers and selected a drop-off option, you can hand your parcel in at any of our branches — no need to wait at home for a courier.

What You Need Before You Arrive

For DPD:

Your parcel must be fully sealed and ready to go
Your DPD label must be printed and attached, or you'll need the QR code on your phone if your drop-off point has a label printer (ask us when you arrive)
Your booking confirmation or QR code from the DPD app or website

For Evri:

Your parcel fully sealed with the Evri label already attached, or your QR code if label printing is available at that branch
Your Evri booking reference

What Happens at the Counter

We scan your parcel, confirm it's been accepted into the carrier's network, and give you a receipt. Hold onto this receipt — it's your proof that the item was handed over and is now in the carrier's system.

Parcel Size Limits

Both carriers have their own size and weight restrictions based on the service you've booked. Make sure your parcel matches the dimensions and weight entered when you booked — if it doesn't, it may be refused at the drop-off point.
